🎟️ Workshop Tickets & Digital Bookings

  • Delivery Method: Instant Digital Delivery (Email).

  • Shipping Fee: FREE (0 PLN).

  • How it Works: Once your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via email. No physical ticket will be shipped to your address. Please present your digital confirmation on your phone when arriving for your workshop.

🏺Ceramics & Physical Goods

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship ceramics are processed and carefully packed within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders / Custom Pieces: Made-to-order items require drying, firing, and glazing time. Specific processing times will be clearly stated on the individual product page (typically 2–4 weeks).


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Poland Domestic Shipping (InPost Paczkomaty / Courier):

    • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

    • Fee: 19 pln (FREE for purchases above 399 pln)

  • European Union (EU) Shipping:

    • We ship across the EU (including Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Denmark, Hungary, Sweden, Croatia, and Finland).

    • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days, after dispatch, depending on destination.

    • Fee: 14 eur (FREE for purchases above 500€)
